Week 15 - Refining Wishi: Insights and Adaptations

This week at our MiLab project, we've been working hard at shaping Wishi, this journey has been full of insightful learnings and improvements that are helping us fine-tune our final flow. Also, during our user testing phase, we were faced with an unexpected yet valuable insight: a robot figure, which initially seemed like a fitting choice, didn’t connect well with our audience. This realization pushed us to rethink and choose a different, more relatable figure that would appeal to our users.

We focused on simplicity, ensuring each step is intuitive and that users can quickly reach their desired goals. This has involved adapting the app flow to align more closely with real-world user behavior.

We're currently working on our final video and creating a narrative that will capture the essence of Wishi while communicating its purpose. We scripted this video to reflect the app’s core values and highlight its key features.
